Library

The Library in Coachbox is your personal collection of workouts, training plans, and templates that you can reuse and share.

Opening the Library

You open the Library via the library icon in the top right of the calendar. The icon sits between the other view toggles, next to the "Action" button.

What's in the Library?

Your library contains:

  • Workouts - Individual training sessions you've created
  • Training Plans - Multi-week structured programs
  • Templates - Reusable workout structures
  • Exercises - Strength and core exercises

Creating Library Items

Adding a Workout to Your Library

  1. Create a new workout or open an existing one
  2. Click the Save to Library button
  3. Give your workout a descriptive name
  4. Add tags for easy searching
  5. Click Save

Organizing Your Library

Use folders and tags to keep your library organized:

  • Create folders for different sports (cycling, running, swimming)
  • Tag workouts by intensity level (easy, moderate, hard)
  • Group related workouts together

Using Library Items

To use a workout from your library:

  1. Open your calendar
  2. Click on the day you want to schedule the workout
  3. Select Add from Library
  4. Choose the workout you want to use
  5. The workout will be added to your calendar

Tips for an Effective Library

  • Keep workout names descriptive and consistent
  • Regularly review and update old workouts
  • Delete or archive workouts you no longer use
  • Share useful workouts with your team via the Shared Library
