AI Workout Builder

Describe a workout in plain language and the AI Workout Builder turns it into a structured, exportable workout in seconds, instead of clicking together every interval by hand.

What does the AI Workout Builder do?

The builder translates a free-text description into exportable segments: intervals with a duration or distance and target zones that you send to Garmin, Wahoo, or Zwift. You stay in full control: the AI delivers a draft that you review and adjust before applying.

Building a workout

  1. Open a workout and go to the exportable section
  2. Click the button with the Coachbox orb: "AI Workout Builder"
  3. Type a description, for example "10 min warm-up, 5x3 min Zone 4 with 3 min recovery, 10 min cool-down", and click Generate
  4. The builder shows a preview of the generated segments. Nothing changes on the real workout until you apply
  5. Adjust segments in the preview, or generate again with an edited description
  6. Click Replace to overwrite all existing segments, or Append to add the new ones to them

The first time, a short three-step tour shows how it works. The question mark in the title bar brings it back later.

Good to know

  • The preview is an isolated draft: editing, regenerating, or cancelling does not touch the real workout until you apply.
  • Use the thumbs under a suggestion to give us feedback on the quality of the generation.
  • This is a coach feature and is part of the current Coachbox subscriptions.
