Worksheets

A worksheet is a sandbox in your calendar where you can build draft schedules or workouts before copying them to an athlete or saving them to your library. Useful for quickly trying out ideas without immediately scheduling anything for an athlete.

Creating a worksheet

  1. Open the Calendar via the main navigation.
  2. Click the three-dots menu () next to the Add athlete button in the top right.
  3. Choose Add worksheet.
  4. Give the worksheet a title and click Save.

The worksheet appears in your athlete selector, alongside your athletes and groups. You can switch between them the same way you switch between athletes.

Working in a worksheet

Inside a worksheet you plan workouts exactly like you would for an athlete. Click a day in the calendar to add a workout, or drag a workout in from your library.

While building, you can:

  • Copy workouts to one or more athletes.
  • Save workouts to your library for reuse.
  • Use the worksheet as a sandbox for periodization ideas.

Editing or removing a worksheet

Open the menu () next to the worksheet name in the athlete selector:

  • Edit worksheet: change the title.
  • Remove worksheet: deletes the worksheet and every workout on it. This cannot be undone.

⚠️ Removing a worksheet deletes every workout on it. Copy anything you want to keep to an athlete or to your library before removing the worksheet.

Good to know

  • Worksheets are only visible to you as a coach. Athletes see nothing of them until you explicitly copy a workout to them.
  • A worksheet is meant as a temporary workspace. For reusable schedules, the Library remains the right place.
