Invite coaches and earn credit

Know a coach who would like to use Coachbox too? Invite them with your personal link. You both benefit: the new coach gets a discount on their first invoice, and you build up credit.

How does it work?

1. Go to Account > Billing. There you will find the card to invite a coach with your personal link.
2. Share that link with a fellow coach.
3. When they sign up through your link and become a paying customer, the invitation counts.

What you get:

• The invited coach gets a 10% discount on their first invoice.
• You get 10% of the net amount of that first invoice as credit.
• There is no limit: invite as many coaches as you like.

When do I get my credit?

Your credit is granted as soon as the invited coach pays their first invoice. You need to have an active subscription yourself at that moment.

How do I use my credit?

You do not have to do anything: we apply your credit automatically to your next invoice. Read more about how billing works in Pricing & billing.
