Invitation email not received

Did your athlete not receive the invitation email after being added? Here are the most common causes and solutions.

Check the email address

Verify that the athlete's email address was entered correctly. A typo is easy to miss. You can check the address via the athlete's profile.

Check the spam folder

Ask your athlete to check their spam or junk mail folder. Invitation emails sometimes end up there, depending on the email provider.

Resend the invitation

You can resend the invitation email:

  1. Open the athlete picker
  2. Click the three dots next to the athlete
  3. Choose "Show profile"
  4. Click "Resend invitation"

⚠️ This option is only visible for athletes who have not yet accepted their invitation.

Contact support and include the athlete's email address. We will look into it on our end.
