Coros

The Coros integration links your Coros account to Coachbox in both directions: completed Coros activities flow into Coachbox automatically, and a structured workout you plan in Coachbox is sent to the Coros app, ready on your watch.

Connecting your Coros account

Open your synchronisation settings, find Coros under the non-active connections, click Connect and follow the Coros login.

Completed activities sync into Coachbox

When you finish an activity on your Coros watch, it appears in Coachbox automatically once Coros has synced it. You do not have to import anything yourself.

Sending a planned workout to Coros

Open the workout and, in the "Planned workout" block, click the Coros icon next to Export. The workout is sent to the Coros app, where it syncs to your watch under its planned workouts.

You can let this run fully automatically by turning on Automatically send planned workouts, see Set up synchronisation.

Note: Only exportable workouts can be sent. If the Coros icon is not available, the workout is not formatted as an exportable workout or its content is invalid (for example, no blocks were added yet).
