Export Workouts to Zwift
Coachbox can export workouts in Zwift-compatible format (.ZWO), allowing you to execute your structured training in Zwift.
How It Works
Zwift uses custom workout files in .ZWO format. Coachbox can export your planned workouts in this format, which you then import into Zwift.
